Vintage 1958 Couesnon Alto Saxophone - Professionally Repadded! - Make an Offer!

This Couesnon alto saxophone was made in about 1958 according to its serial number (#91XX). It has some cosmetic wear, but it’s in very good playable condition. It’s been recently repadded so the pads are brand new and freshly adjusted in our professional woodwind repair department. Any playing issues have been addressed and corrected, so that all the keys and mechanisms work well. We can see no signs of any previous significant damage or repair. This sax shows moderate lacquer wear and the lacquer has darkened with age, but it actually presents quite nicely for a saxophone of this age.
The wood case is also in good condition, with no damage to the wood. Both the exterior and the interior show some minor wear, but nothing significant. The handle, latches and hinges all work just as they should.
