This is an original and superb pair of staffordshire white & gilt seated spaniel dogs with the lustre decorative faces of which:
during our research: we have been informed they certainly date from the 19th century:
date about c1890s.
A left and right.

Staffordshire white & gilt seated spaniel dogs with:
each having the wonderful lustre facial decoration and
overall portrayals.
each having the embossed collar, locket & chains with gilt.
Pottery.
Each has an overall height of about 8.75inches.
Hollowed base with an o
verall size underneath of about 5.75 x 4.25i
nches.
Condition: Considering the age: the overall condition is:
excellent and both are not subject to any major blemishes
.
Due to age, very minor crazing.
