Confirms date c1855.
On the left is a wounded soldier, his left arm round the shoulders of an English sailor.
Both portrayed in uniform of the said period.

Condition: Considering the age: the overall condition is excellent and is not subject to:
any major blemish except:
a small chip to the sailors nose and bottom lip.
A small chip to the top of the hat.
A minor hairline to the top of the base.
Due to age: minor areas of rubbing, overall fine crazing with ageing.
