The outside of the album has some condition issues(see photos) as it was probably stored among a stack of items for many years and the items stuck together. The notes appear to be very good examples but you should use the photos to decide if they are in the condition you require. I did not remove the notes from their sleeves but I did check and made sure they are not stuck to the plastic and they move freely.
