We use a Hollander grading scale that you may see below to better understand the condition of your part. We do not guarantee color match on any body parts. You are buying a used body part that may need to be repainted. Your vehicle's color may vary from the parts we sell even though the paint code is the same
PARTS GRADING
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
A Grade
- Highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade
- Second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade
- Third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
NO Grade
- A part that has not yet been graded.

unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
We must recieve the part back at our store to issue the refund.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged during shipment or we shipped the wrong part. If you ordered by mistake or changed your mind simply ship the part back and we will give you a refund less the shipping. If the item was sold with "free shipping" then you would only be responsible for the return shipment.

Floras Auto Sales ships all smaller parts to US addresses within the 48 states only via FedEx ground. Engines, transmissions, carriers, transfer cases, doors, and other body parts are shipped using Freight. For freight items, please message us with the destination address and specificy if it is a business or residential location. We will respond promptly with a shipping quote.
Please verify you have good contact phone number listed on ebay as freight companies will need to contact you by phone before they will delivery your part.
No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please. International shipping is available only on select items and to certain areas. See shipping details above next to the shipping price. Pick up at our facilities is available. Please message us through eBay messageing prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, although most orders arrive much quicker. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.
If an item arrives damaged, please tell freight company to mark that it was damaged and contact us asap. We may have a replacement part and can ship it out immediately. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you other options.
