Staffordshire Bust of Shakespeare

Description

Victorian era English Staffordshire pottery figure of Shakespeare.
The figure weares clothing in colors of orange, yellow and rust, and sits on a plinth colored to simulate marble. The face is painted realistically.
The bust has impressed lettering "SHAKSPERE."  No maker's mark.
Overall good condition, no chips noted.  On the back there is a patch of clay that seems to have been done "in the making," and there is a hairline glaze crack through the lettering.
