    Rubberized MOLLE PALS System Attachment Straps as shown
    I have no idea who the manufacturer of these are - they are rubberized, have a slight stretch to them  they  have a toggle style end that can be placed thru the webbing straps and looped back on itself. Thats about all i know.  Im not exactly sure what you would do with the smaller pieces. Sold as is - as shown, please view all photos well.
