Military Gun Belt With Holster - Straps to Leg Like a Gunfighter

I've never seen an item like this. I assumed the holster for your pistol would go on your pistol belt. Maybe this is a more recent version of the pistol belt. Anyway, I know you like holsters and gun belts. We all do.
There's an additional piece that may or may not go with the belt. I'm including it just in case.
