(MANUFACTURER SECONDS) seconds means size will vari from originals approx 3.7/16" x 1" these are seconds and not made by HONDA originals are 1" wide by 3 3/8" long, that is why they are seconds!
This plate locates on the "Head-Tube", and is printed over a brushed/satin aluminum backing w/ 3M
2-sided tape on reverse side.
