They are in great shape but have been moved in and out of the box several times. They were never worn. Box has a bit of wrinkling on the side and bottom-see photos. Even though the item is new it is 9 years old and may have some shelf wear. Photos are the exact item you will receive. Tags are still attached. Ears do light up. This item was limited to 1000 made and was hard to get at the time. They don’t come up for sale very often. Great collectible for any Tron fan.
