Scalloped edge.
Mayer mark on backside under the glaze.
Not mint. A good shelf piece or a fill-in until a better plate comes along. Front looks good. When you enlarge the image of the underside of the plate, you will see brown discolorations and other wear around the rim.
Apx 10.5 inches.
