Description

Antique Aesthetic transferware tureen copper lustre, including lid. Aesthetic transfer featuring birds ,fans, cherry blossoms bamboo etc., Potted in Dale Hall by Gildea and walker in 1878, impressed marks 82/13 also impressed name Gildea Walker. Condition of the lid is very good, no chips, light staining under the rim, this also has the year cypher mark,  tureen has a few hairlines, no chips and staining. Selling this twosome as shelf piece. .  Approximately 11 1/2 " handle to handle x 7" wide and 7"  to top of finial.  I have a sauce tureen ( in the SATSUMA pattern ) with under tray listed should you purchase both please let me know, I am happy to combine.
