    Description

    Set of 6 matching early transferware plates.  Green transferware in the "Valencia" pattern.  Made by Job and John Jackson~Staffordshire, England.  These are early ones!  Date from 1831-1835.
    Measure 8" across.
    The 6 all show age and use wear~to be expected and age appropriate.   Normal mfg flaws and grit dots.  Slight darkening around the edge on back.  Slight green color variation (see last photo).  Color is still vivid and bright~not too worn or faded!  All are super clean!   You'll have no problem using or displaying
    these 6 plates!
    #1 plate has a crack line on the back (can't bee seen on the front) and a chip on the top.
    #2 plate has 3 chips on the top edge.
    #3 has one small chip on top edge.
    #4 has some darkened glaze crazing lines on the back.
    #5 has 4 small flake chips on top rim edge.
    #6  has a crack on front and back~does not go to the edges (see photo 6&7).
