THREE 200 Ruble Bond issued under law of 1917 but issued in 1919-20 from RUSSIA: SIBERIA/URALS, from a Government Bank in IRKUTSK, catalogs as PS-882-886, VF-EF with stain at edges, has kneeling and helmeted woman and child with sword and shield in hands with child protected close by her. Printed in green, brown and orange with black text by ABNC: American Bank Note Company (NYC).
The FOUR images below show the front of the THREE circulating bonds and the fourth image is the back of the Brown one.
They all measure about 7.5" by 7.75".
