    A scarce early 1800s blue pearlware dog plate from the Quadrupeds series by J.Hall Staffordshire pottery, circa 1814-1832.....This beautiful historic plate measures 6 5/8"across and has an odd looking dog in middle scene, which is different from the other dogs I've seen on these plates....Other 4 legged animals around the border....Nice backmark
