You are viewing a gov surplus pipe wrap sleeve. It is 20 feet long and made to wrap inch and a half pipe or line. The heating element cable is looped thru so there are 3 full lengths of it (60 feet +) and there are standard 125v 15a plugs at each end so these can be daisy chained. The Chromalox is marked SRL S 3-2CT, its 3 watts per foot self regulating low temp 208-277 volt with corrosion resist hostile environment jacket. I plugged it into a standard 120v outlet and it gets warm. It would definetly keep a pipe wrapped up in it from freezing running on only 120v. These have a mil cost of 837 dollars each.
